Where do you ship?
We currently ship anywhere in the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How long does shipping take?
Orders typically process within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes about 3-5 business days depending on your location.

How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping for orders over $50.

Do you offer local pickup?
At the moment, we do not offer local pickup. But you can find our products in select stores in Ohio.

 

Orders & Refunds

Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help! Email us at hello@thesunandspoon.com as soon as possible.

What’s your return/refund policy?
Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with an issue, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit
